More Than Bread Devotional for 3/31/11

19He made the moon to mark the seasons;
the sun knows its time for setting.  – Psalm 104:19

I looked at the date as I typed it in for the post for today and it hit me; a quarter of another year is passed already.  The seasons are beginning to change from winter to spring, maybe more so for some of us than others as we have a chance for snow in the forecast today.  Regardless, this is how God has made things to be.  There is a cycle about life and all those things that God has made have their function and place and time.  That includes us as well.  The sun knows its time for setting, but until it sets, our time for work is at hand.  The Bible says we must work while it is day.  The Son will let us know when it is time to quit.
